The independently owned L&M Builders is owned and operated by Lou Peccarelli.

Mission: To provide happiness to our customers as they receive quality and detail in every phase of construction.

Our goal is to make your experience as stress-free as possible by giving you a single source for professional design services, product selection, project management, and construction services.

Lou entered the construction industry in 1984 after being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. He worked as a carpenter for two years before opening his own general contracting business in 1986. During the building boom in the mid ‘90s, Lou began to frame custom homes full time. Because of his passion and dedication for construction, he decided that it was time to get back into all phases of the home building and renovation industry.

Lou’s hands on experience as a carpenter is what separates our company from our competitors. Quality is priority to him, so he works on-site on all of his jobs while managing and coordinating the daily activities of the project.
